I'm a software architect and technical founder with more than 15 years designing, scaling, and modernizing software products — from real-time backends to compliance-grade platforms decomposed into ~30 services.

Most products don't slow down because of scale alone. They slow down because of architecture decisions made early, under pressure — and the cost compounds quietly until changing anything feels risky. My work is giving founders and teams the clarity to fix those foundations while the business keeps moving.

I'm the founder and CEO of Clever Goat, where my team helps companies modernize and evolve production platforms. That means I can stay purely advisory, or bring real delivery capacity to an engagement when it calls for it.

Challenge
A fragile, monolithic compliance platform ran strict EU tax workflows. It was risky to change and couldn't keep pace with new regulatory demands — putting the business at risk on every release.
My Role
Lead architect and technical lead — owning the architecture direction and guiding the engineering team.
What We Did
Re-architected the monolith into independently deployable services with auditable, strictly validated processing — modernizing it incrementally, without halting delivery.
Outcome
The team now ships complex regulatory changes safely and independently, with far higher reliability and compliance confidence.

Challenge
Real-time processing produced inconsistent, unpredictable results under continuous load — quietly eroding trust in the product's data.
My Role
Solution architect and technical lead for the backend platform.
What We Did
Designed a deterministic, rule-based processing architecture with strict validation and safe incremental ingestion.
Outcome
Inconsistencies and unpredictable states were eliminated — giving the business a stable, dependable platform in production.

Review Goat

Challenge
Acquiring authentic, compliant reviews was manual, error-prone, and impossible to scale or trust — capping the product's growth.
My Role
Solution architect and technical lead — from product architecture through to delivery.
What We Did
Built a platform and operator dashboard around a structured, compliant acquisition and validation workflow.
Outcome
A manual bottleneck became a reliable, scalable growth channel, with full visibility into performance.

Multi-Tenant SaaS · Architecture

LINDABI CRM

Challenge
A multi-tenant product needed airtight isolation and predictable permissions — without slowing the team down as new tenants came on.
My Role
Solution architect and technical lead.
What We Did
Architected enforced tenant isolation and role-based access at the data and API layers, with clean internal boundaries.
Outcome
Data-leakage risk and onboarding friction were removed, and the platform stays safe to extend as it scales.
